My Breakfast (currently)

Lately, I have been on a sausage, egg and cheese english muffin sandwich kick. I go in spurts with things but I have been on this one for a while. I don't have it every day but pretty close. I ran out of sausage last week and tried to have it without the sausage, it just wasn't the same. I didn't realize how much I was having it until my oldest pointed out today, "You have that every day Mom."

A few reasons why I like it, I don't snack as much, I am not starving if I have PB crackers for lunch and I remember to take my vitamin.

I think this is the first posting of a few. I think I need some photos from other people since I cannot seem to take any right now and really the view from the couch, it not very good and the lighting is not great either.

It is chocolate milk since I don't like plain milk. It really is the easiest, more filling breakfast for me. I buy the already cooked sausage patties (Bryan tells me I should buy the ones that need to be cooked but he doesn't eat them as often as I do and time is key for me right now). In the 5 minutes it takes to heat that up, I can toast the muffin, make my milk and have the egg ready to dump into the sausage pan (to have the sausage flavor in the egg), the egg takes about a minute to cook.

What about dinner? For when we are neighbors. I used to make dessert more but I think we could take turns with main course and dessert.

I pointed out the picture to AJ and said "See? I'm not the only one who needs chocolate milk with eggs."
He paused a minute and said, oh, that's your sister!
Ann does it too. I don't know how anyone can eat eggs otherwise.
