It was a busy 2 days at the reunion and 2 traveling days. Why do I think traveling with kids is easy?
Thankfully, my family was extremely helpful or else I probably would have not been able to go. We (and by we I mean Beebe) were in charge of the kids' water games on Friday. I have no photos of that but I know others do, hopefully I will get some. While that was happening adults were in the pavilion listening to family members talk. I am sad I missed out on that but with 3 of my 4 kids playing in the water... then it was lunch. Then canoeing, horseshoes, air hockey, Ultimate Frisbee, volleyball (which none of us played)... I can't think of the other things since I was sitting with a baby and a prego lady for a lot of that. Dinner and then back to the cabin to let the kids swim and then the easiest bedtime I had had in a long time.
The next morning the 3 "big" boys (my 2 oldest plus Elizabeth's oldest) went mini golfing with my mom, my dad took the May twins (my #3 and Elizabeth's #2) to the playground and then Jill joined the playground people with Hyrum. When they got back we went into Zion's and took a "hike" but had to go pretty fast to be back in time for the photo. After the photo was dinner. Then it was dancing and a slide show. Then another easy bedtime. Played a few rounds of Phase 10 because we had to play games and we hadn't had a chance.
I woke up really early, got the car ready and we were on our way home by 7:30am. Have I mentioned how much I hate Vegas traffic? We didn't even have that much but just enough to remind me why I insisted on leaving so early.
It was a great reunion. Thank you Sally for planning it. When is the Walt Sr Reunion?

Looks like so much fun! I'm sad we missed it. But it sounds like there might be another one in a couple years?
And not that I'm complaining too much because I will hold him myself in a few days, but Baby B wasn't pictured. What is he, your 4th baby? (I'm not one to talk, I guess. There are no pictures of Evan between 1 and 5 months. Sad, I know.)
Looks like you guys had so much fun! We wish we could have been there too!
Such fun! Full of memories--but I might not remember them for long b/c of exhaustion--yay for photos and sisters' blogs!
And I love how mom is so serious playing checkers. Actually I'm a little nervous about it.
