Saturday, because of weather, Isaac's soccer tournament was canceled. We don't know if they are rescheduling it or not. We got a lot done around the house. I found blinds for 4 windows and roman shades for 2 windows on Wayfair for about a hundred bucks. We had time to take down the broken blinds out of the 6 windows and replace 4 of them. Washed the outside of the Maxima because someone was suppose to come look at it but he flaked. We had crepes for brunch (thank you, Benjamin for asking for them frequently).
We went to CostCo and Sam's Club dropped the stuff off at home and ran over to Market Street. It started pouring while we were in Sam's (good thing they have that covered loading area) but by the time we unloaded the car at home, it had slowed down quite a bit so we decided it was good to run quick to Market Street.
We had sub sandwiches for dinner, easy and delicious and the boys ask for them. After the boys went to bed, I got back on to putting things on Craigslist. Then showered and washed my hair and dried my hair (Bryan has meetings so I try to be as ready for church as I can be before I go to bed). I know I stay up late but last night it was late late. My phone alerted me to a tornado warning. Tornado Warning is when there is a higher potential for a tornado, tornado watch isn't as big of a deal. I woke Bryan up because of the alert. We went to watch the news and then the sirens went off. I woke up the 3 big boys and then carried Benjamin down to the laundry room, where the big boys had grabbed the couch cushions to lay on. Then I went back for Luke while Bryan got Julia. It didn't last very long, the kids all fell right back to sleep after getting in bed, but I my heart was still beating a little too fast for needing to be asleep. It was almost 4am before I fell asleep.
Needless to say, I did not want to wake up this morning and was really (REALLY) hoping church would be canceled. It wasn't. Bryan went home teaching after church, so I didn't take a Sunday nap either. I tried after he came home but really it was a little too late for it.
We had a delicious dinner of sweet pork nachos with homemade beans and homemade tomatillo sauce, rice, queso. I cooked tortillas, in case the littles wanted tacos. Bryan and I both started with burritos before moving on to the nachos. The boys helped clean up (with only a little barking from me) while Bryan and I bagged up the leftover beans and pork for freezing (you know, for easy weeknight meals). Then they had ice cream and went to bed fairly easily (Bryan only had to go up once while I started the dishwasher).
I should go to sleep since it is already late and I have a long list of things I want to get done tomorrow while Bryan is off work and the big boys are around to help.

You guys are so busy! And I'm super jealous of those nachos, they sound pretty amazing right about now
