Another Reason We Keep Doors Shut

baby i is really busy. He keeps me on my toes. He really is a happy baby (I guess I am going to start referring to him as a toddler soon, well soon enough), even when I wake him up from his nap to take the older boys to speech.

Video Games and Tails

The boys really like playing video games together and acting silly. Just a few photos so that I remember they are sweet and that they are best friends (even though they deny it).

Playroom and Ball

baby i has been crawling like crazy and loves to crawl into the playroom. One of his favorite toys these days is a ball. he can push it and chase after it. This really is one of my favorite stages. Now if my house was easier to baby-proof, the couch cushions blocking everything works but soon enough he will be strong enough to move them.

3 boys in jammies

I took these a couple weeks ago before we left for Ann's. I was standing in the kitchen and thought the boys were playing quite nicely together and they actually looked at the camera. Too bad they aren't in some cute outfits or all together in a photo.

Big A

Big A is my big helper. I can ask him to help with the baby and he usually does it the first time I ask. He helps with Lil A, gets shoes and clothes on (it doesn't need to happen very often but sometimes he doesn't want mom but he "can't do it") and plays very nicely (we have our moments/days but for the most part he is a really nice kid). With school, we (his teacher and I) are having a problem because he is trying too hard. So we are going to try something new, not having him work on 's' hopefully it will help his speech to become more natural with the 's' sound. He is growing up so fast and I really wonder what I am going to do when he goes to Kindergarten this fall.

Lil A

Lil A can be so sweet and so caring. He can pay attention to others around him and can show compassion. He also can be more stubborn than a mule and can also push people's buttons (not just mine). These photos capture his funny personality and he put on the sunglasses himself. For my own memory, he fell at the park and that is why there is a bruise on his cheek and the weird scabs on his forehead, I think, is from the sand.

Two Teeth

My happy baby got 2 teeth a few weeks ago (Sunday, Jan 4th) and he likes to show them off (as you can see from the photo). I think he might be working on a few more but he is still an extremely happy baby. He eats little pieces of bread and tortilla but we haven't really tried anything that isn't mashed up. He is growing up so fast, I really wish I could slow time down and have him stay this age for a while longer.

For Deena and Rachel

I love this red outfit. This is from the first time baby i wore it and of course the older boys had to jump in the picture. I wish is was colder this year so he could wear it more. He looks so much like Lil A and in this outfit even more so.

Gingerbread Train

I thought I had already posted about this but apparently not. Last Christmas we bought the house kit and this Christmas we thought since the boys love trains so much...
Again, eating the candy and extra frosting was the true motive behind making it but we had a great time and I was a little more relaxed about it this year, maybe next year there won't be any candy on it when we are done (we'll see).

Cape Giveaway

Trying to get extra entries for the capes, so you can look at the capes but don't enter because I want to win for the boys or you can enter and give them to my boys (probably the later is better for the boys).

Cousin Fun

Ann and her family came on Christmas Day, so my parents' house was full but so fun. We (the adults) played games and the kids played video games, computer games, spin in the chair games, frisbee, make a train on the window seat. We had so much fun together that we are thinking we need to head up there in a few weeks.

Christmas Morning

Waiting on the stairs Christmas morning, this is one of my favorite traditions.

Such a happy baby, he crawls towards his toys (and everything else, especially electronics).

Santa stuff, Star Wars and the Mickey computer game (to go with the computer that came after Christmas) have been a huge hit.

He loves his hat, can you tell?.

I plan on borrowing it when she is done (is that okay Jill?) and I thought it was a great photo of her.

He was jumping around until he knew he was going to be in a photo.
