My dad watched baby i for me while I helped my mom with a wedding reception. When we got back to their house, this is what we found.

Katie's 1st Anniversary

Ryan was still gone for their first wedding anniversary, so we decided to go entertain Katie that weekend. We went to Elephant Bar for dinner and had a lot of fun.

S'mores and Baptism

Bryan's sister has a fire pit in her backyard, perfect for s'mores (the mess stays outside). Baby i is the only one of my kids that likes them, the older boys like everything separate. These were taken when we went up for our nephew's baptism. I was sick, so I volunteered to take the group photo.

Star Tours

These were taken from the boys first time on Star Tours. We don't get to go on this ride every time we go because the baby still can't go but they love it.

target silliness

Before Easter, we had a good time trying on hats and glasses. Maybe deep down I do want a girl.

I have decided we go to Disneyland a lot. These are photos from a few of our trips in the past couple months.

Noisy Fun

one of baby i's favorite things to do is to find something in a kitchen cupboard that makes a lot of noise when thrown on the tile floor and to throw it over and over and over.

lil Houdini

baby i is my little Houdini. He can take off his pants and one day he took an arm out of a long sleeve, tight-fitting jammie top. He likes to climb and get into situations that are a little scary for his mother. Lil A was a climber so one would think that I was used to it. But I am not, my heart still races when he is climbing on the boys' step stools or climbing on top of the couch cushions to push buttons on the satellite receiver. I guess this is what my doctor wanted when he said I needed a little more stress in my life. Good thing he is so cute and happy.

Presents with the little Family

Big A opened the presents from his brothers and parents and the cards he received in the mail on Thursday, since we got home from Disneyland so late the night before. The boys gave him a huge dinosaur puzzle and we gave him Bolt and Lilo and Stitch (he is looking at Bolt in the picture below). Bolt has become a quick favorite, they are wanting to watch Bolt with my dad, they think he will like it. Lil A likes to open presents too and has hard a time with it not being his birthday too but Big A is a great sharer so it has been a little easier to handle than if Big A didn't let him play with his new stuff. Baby i just loves being there and the wrapping is fun too.

beginging of 5YO birthday celebrations

We celebrated Big A's 5th birthday with family on the Sunday before his birthday. All my siblings in the area and my parents and Bryan's parents came. Big A wanted pizza...with olives for dinner, so that is what we had. Well, we had 2 pizzas, one with pepperoni and half had olives and the other was BBQ chicken. I love inviting everyone because all I had to do was the pizza and cake (and Mom helped with the cake), salads were brought. I thought it was a great party. Thanks again everyone for coming, it really made his day.







I realize my baby is 5YO but I only had 2 candles so he just blew them out a couple times (which we do anyway). And I like the second photo of the cake because Lil A is blowing out candles that have already been blown out.

baby i is really busy. He keeps me on my toes. He really is a happy baby (I guess I am going to start referring to him as a toddler soon, well soon enough), even when I wake him up from his nap to take the older boys to speech.
